Aife is a Pitbull/Dachshund mix. She is a total sweetheart and is one of our most easy going dogs on our Midday Group Walks. Here she is enjoying a moments rest while the hooligans; Yuba, Walter, and Oatie plan mischief behind her.
My buddy Moose Lethridge made this west coast, east bay, old skool, hip-hop song for us then he made a video with me in it! I'm gonna be youtube famous! But in a good way, right? Anyways Moose plays in a bunch of bands in the Bay Area. He works in ska, blues, funk, metal and well, yes hip-hop. You can check out his funk/blues band "The Musashi Trio" at Brotzeit Lokal this Saturday, March 22nd. Doors are at 9:30pm. Brotzeit Lokal's address is: 1000 Embarcadero, Oakland, CA, 94606
This is Walter and Yuba in their standard operating mode. I imagine Walter as Animal, of course. Yuba was a little harder to classify and then it hit me, Janice, "fer sure" totally sums up Yuba's willingness to participate in whatever is going on.
This little fellow is Mishka. When he first came to us he was nervous about almost everything; large men, deep voices, dogs larger than him, higher energy dogs, strangers, the list goes on and on. Being a deep voiced larger fella and walking all kinds of dogs in our groups I definitely had my work cut out for me. Well, lately after about a year of regular dog daycare appointments he has decided that we are all right. He has his place on our couch where he curls up and he hangs out with Dash, my dog; the miniature mastiff, and Kela and Luna, client's dogs; a shepard mix and a collie mix respectively, and everyone gets along famously.
This is a typical Midday Group Dog Walk pack. Layla is the sweetest most low key Rhodesian Ridgeback in existence. Jasper is the super high energy Swiss Mountain Dog. Naiobi is the happy Rottweiler. Luna is the goofy Collie mix. Jake is the tank like Olde English Bulldogge. Kela is the inquisitive German Shepard mix. Last and by no means least Athena is the rather noble looking Bull Terrier mix. This picture was taken as these pups were waiting their turn for water at the end of a great days walk.
